SEO for Crypto Bloggers

Every single blogger’s ultimate goal is to grow from 0 to 100k visitors as rapidly as they possibly can. When it comes to crypto blogging, search engine optimization (SEO) is the single most crucial component in getting you there.

The creation of exceptional content is no longer sufficient because Google is continuously improving. Now, in order for the content on your crypto blog to rank, it needs to be long-form, properly structured for SEO, align with user intent, and have links going to it from other relevant sites that have a high Domain Authority (DA).

Does it seem difficult in Doing SEO for Crypto Bloggers?

Don’t worry; I have everything under hand.

When it comes to making real money with your crypto blog, you don’t need 100k or even 10k visitors to get started. That’s something that I’ve learnt through my hours spent in blogging. You will see more success with your blog if you manage it more like a company and focus less on writing and more on expanding the number of backlinks you have pointing to it.

When I first launched my crypto blog, I only had five “pillar posts,” which are high-quality, long-form pieces that are simple to obtain links to (bonus points if they have statistics to cite for easier links).

Who’s going to find me if I don’t have Domain Authority?

I am lucky enough to find some hacks that helped me scale my link building and guest blogging strategies.

You may increase the volume of traffic to your blog in a shorter amount of time by employing a few fundamental SEO strategies, such as link building, optimizing the quality of your content, optimizing your title tags and headlines, and performing outreach.

SEO for Crypto Bloggers Explained:

1. Focus on 1-2 long-tail keywords that match your reader’s intent and conduct keyword research.

When it comes to SEO, it’s not about stuffing your posts with of relevant keywords (that can actually hurt your SEO now). It’s all about writing for humans first, and search engines second.

Additionally, you should focus on long-tail keywords because they are more user-intent and less competitive.

To determine how much competition there is for a specific keyword, use various SEO tools to evaluate the “difficulty” score. Aim for long-tail keywords that receive 200-2,000 monthly searches and have a difficulty score below 0.2 if you are just starting off with your crypto blog.

2. Use 1 or 2 two target keywords in certain areas of your post.

As soon as you’ve done your keyword research and chosen a few good keywords, it’s time to add them into your blog post.

Below we’ve listed the 4 main areas:

1. Title Tag

First and foremost, search engines look at the title (headline) of your blog posts in order to determine the relevancy of your content. (Optimal title length is 50-60 characters.)

2. Your URL

Every post you publish will have its own unique URL, therefore it’s a good idea to optimize your URLs for each one.

3. Your Headers and Body Copy

Include your target keywords in the title, subtitle, and body of your blog article. You should avoid overdoing it and stick to a natural flow. In your h2 headers, for example, you should use your important keywords in the form of a question.

Which SEO tips are the best for bloggers?

You must write with the intention of your reader in mind. Focus on what matters most to your readers rather than how many times a keyword appears in a post.

4. Your Meta Description

Click-through rates are heavily reliant on the description that displays below your page title in search engine results pages (SERPs).

However, the Meta Description with keywords in not important as the tile tag , but a concise description that reflects the reader’s intent is an excellent starting point.

3. Content of high quality is king

Rich Content with long-form articles that has a multimedia like videos, photos and infographics are now being recognized by the Google’s latest algorithms.

The average first-page result has 1,890 words, therefore you must make at least 2,500 words in order to rank higher. If your material isn’t related to the user’s search, then a long blog post won’t improve your rankings.

4. Link Building Strategies for Crypto Bloggers

One of the most important and difficult parts of SEO for crypto bloggers is building links.

Links pointing to your blog are measured by Google when determining the authority of your site.

When a search engine finds a link pointing to your website, it increases your position in its results. Creating content that others want to share is the first step in gaining more inbound links.

Here are four more ways to get people to link to your crypto blog:

1. Write guest posts for others

When you write for someone else’s blog as a guest post, you’re providing something of value to that site’s readers. Reach out to other bloggers in your niche who are doing similar work.

Email or even Facebook may make this process a lot simpler. Once you’ve asked if they accept guest posts on their site, you may construct an outline for them, write the content, and send it over.

Include at least 1-2 relevant link to your website, and only use the word “brand” if it is appropriate.

2. Create an infographic with statistics.

Bloggers have such a love for numbers. The more numbers you can put into a readily useful form, the more value you’re providing to writers who are searching for it.

A lot of people will either put this stuff on their website or link to your website as the original source if you give content away for free.

3. Don’t forget THE internal links

When you link to other pieces of information on your site, you not only make it easier for users to navigate your site, but you also increase your chances of having success with search engine optimization.

The most important pages should be identified, the anchor text should be strategic, and only relevant links should be used.

4. Connect with other bloggers and form collaborations

Link building heavily relies on the development of real relationships. People are much more happy to help to a friendly figure than a total stranger.

As a blogger, it’s important to keep in mind the goals of other bloggers and collaborate with them in any manner possible.

5. Make it Easy for Readers to Subscribe

Consider placing visible links on your site that allow visitors to sign up for your email list. This makes it possible for you to interact with your readers on a regular basis and increases the value of your blog.

Email addresses are collected using Converkit on my sidebar, within content, and on exit-intent. Users are more likely to sign up for your service if you give a freebie, and it doesn’t have to be a difficult one. A one-page checklist is all that is needed.

If you want your viewers to share your content on social media, make sure you include social media sharing choices.

6. Use Alt Tags to Optimize Your Images

Insert keyword-rich alt text in the image’s file name and in the alternate text field whenever you post a picture to your blog or website.

Alt text is required since search engines cannot “see” images. Bloggers’ SEO will benefit from including this alt text in their images.

7. Share it on Social Media

Once your blog post is successfully published, always share it on social media platforms.

When you post on social media, you are effectively reaching out to potential visitors as well as businesses. You are also developing links and expanding the reach for your blog.
